4. FAA, Regulatory & Legal Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with:

• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
• State and local laws
• Departmental or agency policies
• Radio frequency and communications regulations
• Any other applicable legal requirements

sUAS Ops does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.

The purchase of equipment from sUAS Ops does not imply authorization to operate that equipment in any jurisdiction or mission environment.

5. Mission-Critical Equipment Disclaimer

Products sold by sUAS Ops may be used in time-sensitive, emergency, or mission-critical situations.

However:

sUAS Ops makes no guarantee that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, fail-safe, or suitable for emergency response, life safety, rescue, law enforcement, or operational deployments.

Customers are responsible for:

• Equipment testing
• Maintenance
• Redundancy planning
• Operational readiness
• Appropriate backup systems

Customers should never rely on a single product or system where failure could result in injury, loss, operational disruption, or financial damage.

6. Pricing & Product Availability

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or documented delivery by the shipping service.
