Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with sUAS Ops. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly so you can get the equipment you need for training, operations, and mission readiness.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Some products, including special-order, backordered, custom-configured, or manufacturer drop-shipped items, may require additional processing time. If significant delays occur, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • DDHL
  • USPS

Shipping carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, product type, and service availability.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier and shipping method unless a specific service is requested and paid for at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping speed/service
  • Product type and shipping restrictions

Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and eligible delivery locations.

High-Value Equipment & Signature Confirmation

Due to the value of many products we sell, including drone, communications, and public safety equipment:

  • Some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery
  • High-value orders may be shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation
  • Orders may be delayed for verification if flagged for fraud prevention or address confirmation

sUAS Ops reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please verify:

  • Street address
  • Apartment/suite numbers
  • ZIP/postal code
  • Contact phone number

sUAS Ops is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping transit times are controlled by the carrier.

sUAS Ops is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Labor shortages or strikes
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Events outside our control

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking systems to update.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Ask neighbors, front office, or receiving departments
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Reach out to us if assistance is needed

sUAS Ops is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward. However, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

Damage claims reported outside this timeframe may be difficult to process with shipping carriers.

Backorders & Split Shipments

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we may:

  • Hold the order until complete
  • Ship available items separately
  • Contact you regarding alternate options

Additional shipping charges generally will not apply for split shipments initiated by sUAS Ops.

Restricted Products & Shipping Limitations

Certain products, including batteries or hazardous materials, may be subject to shipping restrictions and may not qualify for expedited or international shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination and product restrictions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Import compliance requirements

sUAS Ops is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import restrictions.
